- Orders shipped from our US warehouse: 3-7 business days
- Orders shipped from China: 8-15 business days
- Shipping fees and free shipping thresholds are displayed at checkout

- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Custom/personalized items are final sale and non-refundable
