We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at sundilong910@outlook.com. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items should be sent to: 1280 Jersey Avenue, North Brunswick, NJ 08902, US. We do not accept returns sent without prior authorization.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
