How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@tinypawsco.com with your order number
  2. Tell us why you'd like to return (we'd love feedback!)
  3. We'll send you a prepaid return label
  4. Ship the item back in its original packaging
  5. Refund processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return

✅ Eligible for Returns

  • Items in original, unused condition
  • Items in original packaging
  • Within 30 days of delivery

❌ Not Eligible for Returns

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original packaging
  • Gift cards

💰 Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
